Meet Our Caring Team

We are a dedicated team of educators and caregivers committed to your child's safety, creativity, and joy.

Our Director, Sherry, leads with over a decade of expertise in early childhood and elementary education. Driven by a deep passion for child development, she designs balanced programs that prioritize academic growth alongside social and emotional well-being.

Sherry’s extensive background includes three years on the Westcoast Child Care Resource Centre board and her current role as Principal of an Early Learning Centre. At Before and After Out of School Care, she ensures every child enjoys a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment. Under her guidance, students build the confidence and curiosity needed for a lifelong love of learning.

Miss Nessa has dedicated over 20 years to caring for young children. She spent 11 of those years running her own child care center in North Burnaby, where she supported children’s social, emotional, and academic growth.

Beyond the classroom, she has been involved in several community projects that focus on early and elementary-aged child care. Families value her experience, reliability, and the way she makes every child feel seen and supported.
